When I couldn't get the truck I wanted from my regular
When I couldn't get the truck I wanted from my regular dealer I tried to buy a vehicle at Corwin. The first visit to see the vehicle was OK, however when I brought in my trade to get a price that everything went down hill. They played every rip off dealer game that I had ever heard of. Five minutes of talking down my trade was followed by the make them wait as long as possible to wear them down trick. Then came the long awaited offer. They came in with a trade in value that was thousands less than offered by another dealer. They also wanted $2000 more than the new vehicle was advertised on their web site. Then we had all of the stupid add-ons of data dots, warranty and fees. While presenting this ridiculous offer they seemed to not be able to find the keys to my trade in. Of course I will not be back and I make it a point to tell this anyone that has asked where I bought my new truck. Of course it was not at Corwin.

Shady dealings
Corwin Ford Republic listed a truck online for sale. We did a trade in and the title was a bad duplicate title!. Isn't that something you should check BEFORE you list it for sale!. It ended up being a big ordeal with Corwin beating around the bush and giving us the run around with lots of excuses and lip service. Took weeks to get it all resolved.

Republic Service sucks worse than any other.
They’ve had my truck for 3 weeks for transmission blown on 2020 F150. The best selling vehicle for the past nearly 40 years. They took days to have Ford decide whether they would rebuild or replace the transmission. And now after 3 weeks they have no ETA on the parts. Their communication is nonexistent. When I drove all the way back in there I was confronted with a very condescending and deceitful service person named Kris Bishop. They have no loaner cars. No ETA. And now I have no expectation that it will be handled even semi-professionally based on the experience so far. I wouldn’t recommend their service department to an enemy.

Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely horrible! Had my oil changed in my car yesterday. Had an 8am appt. My car didnt move until 1. I am so glad I wasnt waiting on it or relying on them for a time frame. They did not call me or update the app until I called them at 445. I had to call 7 times before I got an answer! Everytime, it would go to voicemail or I would get someone and it would go to voicemail when I was transferred. They also never rotated my tires but the paperwork states they did! I had a tire pop awhile back that I had replaced so I know what tire that was as it was a different brand. It was in the same spot. I also asked for an appraisal while they had it. I just now got it, over 36 hours later from them having my car!!! I paid 29k for this vehicle 1 1/2 years ago from them. I have to drive 50 miles a day to and from work so I put on more than the "normal" daily mileage average but they offered me "around 15". Not even a set amount either. They were very vague about it. I told them to go kick rocks because I paid 29k for it less than 2 years ago. I was not taking half! I know they have to resell the car but that is a bit extreme! They dont care about their customers, they dont care if you have a time frame you have to have your car back by, nor do they care what you think of them. I have never dealt with a company so self centered and ridiculous! I will ride my horse to work before I purchase another vehicle from this company. I will also take my oil changes somewhere else too. They ignore their customers, do not seem to care about money and will talk down to you like they are some kind of rich snob and you are a poor homeless man. Never again.

Okay to use for an oil change. Maybe.
I bought a 2018 Ford F150 5.0 from this dealership in 2020, although they were owned by someone else at the time. I bought the bumper to bumper warranty. On my last service here, I talked to the service person about the starter problems I was having (the 5.0 liter will get hot and cause the starter to not work until it cools down when towing usually but at other times as well - this information can be found with a quick Google search. The problem is made worse by the auto start feature which cannot be disabled). He said he would check to see if it was covered under warranty. It has been a month since then. I have called and left messages, I have texted, I have emailed. I need a starter, whether it is covered under warranty or not. I will be most likely purchasing a new F250 in the next year, and possibly a Mustang as well, but I certainly won't bring them here for service. I do not know how Corwin handles sales, but the service is not customer service. They do okay for an oil change, but warranty work and knowledge of what is going on with various models of their vehicles is not their strength. I reported a rattle on my 5.0 at one point. They told me they checked the exhaust, but a quick search found that the Coyote 5.0 has a top end rattle when cold. It's just the little things. They might be okay to buy from, and they seem to be capable of doing oil changes (these can be scheduled online so you don't have to deal with their unresponsiveness through other means). They really need to work on customer service.
