Our service writer Russ was very professional and quite

Our service writer Russ was very professional and quite knowledgeable about the repairs needed on my van. The repairs were made very timely with everything working as it should. More of the service writers everywhere should mirror Russ's customer relations.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Tonkin Hillsboro Dodge . I never felt pressured or rushed to make any quick decisions that I might regret later . Jeremy Dehaven and all the sales staff were true professionals and I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Service cost me

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Service cost me $300 for incomplete diagnostics and a false battery diagnosis. I brought in my 2018 Journey for an oil pressure code. They stopped the diagnostic and blamed the “original 7-year-old battery.” The battery was a NAPA Legend from 11/2023 — not original, and not failing. They ran diagnostics on Wednesday and left the car until Friday — at which point the battery was dead. No parasitic draw test. No proper battery inspection. They ignored a known issue with the hands-free module, which throws voltage codes and causes battery drain — something I had previously brought to them for service. When I questioned the diagnosis with documentation, the GM made it sound like I was trying to get free work. I wasn’t. I had proof. They had excuses. Avoid Tonkin Hillsboro CJDR Service if you value your time, money, or vehicle.
