I’m disappointed because the information shared about the
I’m disappointed because the information shared about the car was incorrect. I was repeatedly told that the vehicle had BlueLink, but after checking further, I found that this specific model doesn’t even come with BlueLink. Accurate information is important when making a purchase decision, and this was very misleading.

When I went to drop off my car, the attendant made me
When I went to drop off my car, the attendant made me wait and I almost missed my work meeting that was starting shortly which was annoying because I had an appointment for the service. Additionally, on two different occasions, he’s said that my coolant was topped off and when I checked before leaving the shop I saw it wasnt topped off and I had to inform him and then they topped it off just as I was leaving. Once may be a mistake, twice is straight negligence. Ruined my perception of dealership services and of your shop ngl

I dealt with two dealerships in looking for my new car. One was 4 miles away and Stevens Creek was over 50 miles away. One I visited in person and Stevens Creek I dealt with over text & email. I purchased my new car through Stevens Creek because they were quick to respond to my questions, seemed eager to want my business, and offer me a better deal. They were professional provided a no-hassle experience. If I had one small complaint, it was the length of time to complete all the paperwork.

Everything went great.
Everything went great. From our initial meeting with Marco, who was very attentive and professional. He was great. Then Mo and finally when we bought the car, Marcos in finance was great. The whole team worked together and was a very good experience.
