Always good with Mike Tran

Mike Tran always takes good care of his clients. My car is done at the promised time and all the work that needs to be done is clearly explained. Shuttle service back to my house or work is awesome. Appreciate Piercey!

Airbag recall

10k checkup on my 4Runner

Check-in was fast. Had a cup of coffee, while I waited for my car to be serviced. Two hours later the work was completed. I even received a video of the mechanic checking the fluids. I'm happy.

Excellent Service @Piercey Toyota & Nice Experience with Rod Lejat.Honda CRV we bought is a clean car . I would be more than happy if i would have been given 3 months warranty thing as well. But i trust Rod on what he said all about the vehicle and went ahead with the purchase.

Good job

The person that I have appointment with had call in sick and they had me waiting in line to see who is available . But they squeezed me in or like that I have to wait for a long time. That why I give them a good rate!

First Time Car Buyer

I came in this afternoon with the intention of purchasing a used car I had been eyeing for a couple days now. Things didn't quite go as planned in regards to that car. Instead, I ended up leaving with a brand new car that exceeded all my expectations AND was within my price range. Rod Lejat was a tremendous help throughout this entire process & made a first time car buyer (myself!!) super comfortable and confident in my decision. Rod's customer service is phenomenal; he really takes into account your concerns and tries to find a compromise that fulfills both parties needs. I have nothing bad to say about my experience as a first time customer/buyer here. I've been to many, many dealerships and this is the first time I've witnessed people so passionate about their job and it really shines through in the service that they provide. Thank you, Rod & everyone else who made this process painless!

Been a customer of Toyota for 30 years and been served by South Bay agencies. I will only use Piercy for our cars and service avoiding all others.

Scheduled appointment went quickly and smoothly, Mr. Wong described the services to be performed, kept me updated while I waited. Service was completed before the estimated time.
