I was presently surprised by my experience at Donaldson's Volkswagon. Darren Bruno made this a great experience!! Listened to everything I wanted - No pressure - answered all our questions

No complaints about the salesman. He was great and did his best to make me happy. After my purchase I wish I had more knowledge of the things you get charged for but Tom did return my emails about my concerns. When financing I rolled in the taxes and got convinced to get the extended coverage but that extra coverage is also taxed and then all that is financed so be aware. Better off to pay those up front. $179 for prep, cleaning, and fill up seems silly and steep being it's a new car but most places do that.

Came in off the street looking to trade my old VW for a new model. My salesman James was quick to help in finding the new VW I had been looking for, at all times through the process he was helpful and knowledgeable. He even personally drove up to Massachusetts to retrieve the VW I had picked out. Not to mention I have used Donaldson's VW for all my service needs in the past even though there are several other VW dealerships closer to my home. The service they provide in the shop and on the showroom floor are well worth the drive.

This was my second purchase of a vehicle at Donaldson's and I remember why I went there in the first place. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, from my salesman to the finance person to the guy who showed me how to use all the bells and whistles in the car...oh, and the deal I got was great, too! Great experience!

Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car at Donaldsons. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I am really happy with my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

When my old car died I looked around at a lot of car dealerships in a short period of time to get back on the road asap. Going to Donaldson's VW was a breath of fresh air after going with other dealers. The salesmen knew quite a bit about these products and got me into a car that I loved very quickly, offering very fair prices without being vague or haggling. Additionally, the extra dealership fees that usually add up to 10% to the price at other dealerships were almost nonexistent, which is always a nice surprise at this point. The whole experience went very smoothly and saved me a ton of time and headaches (and probably money as well).

Greg's a nice salesman. Stayed late on 2 occasions to close the deal at the expense of being late for family functions. My daughter and I were happy with the car. Greg is a regular, down-to-Earth guy unlike most other salesmen we met at other dealerships who lost this sale because they are sleezeballs. Ed
