My 2015 Lexus had problems starting.
My 2015 Lexus had problems starting. The first problem we’ve encountered in 8 years. Unfortunately we were on vacation near VA Beach, far from our dealer and it was Friday afternoon. Brian Wilson at Priority Lexus in VA Beach asked a technician to stay late to help us. They determined that our supplemental battery needed replacing and took care of it even though they will probably never see us again. We truly appreciate the service.

Priority Lexus service is great.
Priority Lexus service is great. I really appreciate the courtesy and advice given by Brian, my service advisor. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they no longer provide a loaner vehicle and I live too far away to have another family, member pick me up for a few hours.
