Went to buy a car today.
Went to buy a car today. Credit not so good. Was told the first time 1000.00 was a good down payment. Then I was told to put 3000.00 they were not going to give me but 5000.00 even through it worth 9000.00 in the Kelly book. They didn't want to go down on the new car. Then they said they want led me to let my car go back to finance company . Then after saying no Then they said I had to give them 8000.00 instead of 3000.00 plus they were trying to add a interior clean for the car, which you dont need. Ask them to give me a good deal because I already bout 3 cars from them. Said nothing to thank And stayed the price they were asking for. I quess tbeing a good constumer doesn't count. I will not be buying another car from them again

If I could give no starts I would.
If I could give no starts I would.. I brought my wife’s car to the Autofair Hyundai service department for a metal on metal grinding and poping noise coming from the rear differential when turning either direction. They called us to come back and when I went into the service department to see what was going on with it the service advisor, Johnathon Swallow proceeded to tell me it was the alignment and the tires that we just had put on the car causing the noise. He told me he’s been doing this for many many years and he has never seen a Palisade that needed a differential or carrier bearing but he has seen it in a Genesis.. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, my RUBBER tires are the cause of all of it apparently. He then told me that his technician test drove the vehicle, my wife took a picture of the odometer when we dropped it off and when we picked it up it had 1 mile put on it. It was very obvious at that point that they did not test drive the vehicle because if they did they would have noticed instantly that the rear end was binding up as soon as they took that sharp corner to leave the dealership. However I was informed of this by my wife once we got home that there was only 1 mile put on the car on the test drive. John then insured me that an alignment and new tires would fix the issue. We even have that in writing on our diagnostic paperwork we received when picking up the car. I even argued with him for a minute and he told me if you are a mechanic go look at the tires. My tires are worn the way they are due to the faulty differential. Since bringing it into that nightmare of a dealership I had brought it to 3 other shops which ALL diagnosed it as needing the rear differential rebuilt or replaced. I have spent $1000’s of dollars on tires, diagnostic fees, and alignments for the noise to still be active. Now that we have reached back out to the dealership in regards to their misdiagnosis I can’t get the service adviser, assistance manager or general manager to call us back.. John was very adamant about it being the tires and alignment and said it’s gonna be hard to get it covered under warranty. In so many words it feels like they are trying to avoid us until our warranty runs out so they don’t have to eat the cost. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE, better off driving to somersworth or North Hampton for any type of service. At least their honest.. and call you back…

I contacted a lady regarding the purchase of a vehicle at Autofair Hyundai-Manchester, she claimed to be a manager, also stated that since they are renovating and want to get some of their vehicles out to make room for the renovations, she will be willing to give me a good deal. When I Visite the place and showed interest in one of their vehicles, I made an offer which was reasonable, but was immediately rejected. another manager Showed up before I left and made me a ridiculous offer, I told him I was promised by a lady manager and gave him her name, that I will get a good deal. The manager claimed that she’s not a manager she is only an Internet associate who sends interested customers to them. After contacting her few days later we agreed that I would go back and she will hook me up with someone who will give me a good deal, so I made a second trip, with my wife and children, Again their offer was ridiculous, and before I left, another manager came over to Convince me to take the deal, However, when I refused, all of a sudden he became Enraged and rude Start yelling in front of my wife and children and left. This Hyundai dealership is a bait and switch outfit. They want to rip you off and expect you to comply. What a shameful place.

I bought a 2022 Hyundai Venue from these scammers a couple weeks ago, the salesman promised me a price of $13,500, however after checking my paperwork I found out that they raised the price without my knowledge with the bank to $15,350, when I confronted the finance manager about it he was very rude said there is nothing we can do about it. Upon further investigation I found out that the car needed new tires and brakes in order to pass inspection which came up to about $2400 which they charged me for!! NO doesn't work that way!! I will continue to try and get this resolved but feel there is nothing I can do about it. Stay away from this shady dealership!!!

Dealer sold lemon, refuses help, ignoring problems.
Dealer sold lemon, refuses help, ignoring problems. Family in crisis, seeking legal action. Avoid at all costs! I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Fair Hyundai and experienced a nightmare of trustworthy and customer service. Within days, the check engine light illuminated, revealing a reset code to pass state inspection. The dealership's refusal to honor the 30-day exchange policy, coupled with their unwillingness to reimburse for diagnostic costs, is a blatant disregard for honesty and fair business practices. My wife was humiliated publicly, and the dealership's inability to make a decision is unacceptable. To compound the issue, the dealership never bothered to contact me directly, instead opting for a cold, impersonal email that simply outlined their company policies. Their complete lack of empathy and understanding is astonishing. The vehicle's condition has deteriorated rapidly; the check engine light is now blinking, the engine is shaking violently, and the car is undriveable. It's sitting in the street while I continue to pay insurance on a vehicle that requires towing and costly repairs. This entire ordeal has been a financial and emotional burden. This vehicle was intended for my son's out-of-state college transportation, and the funds used were from a recent insurance reimbursement following a no-fault accident. Due to this dealership's negligence, my son is now without transportation, adding significant financial strain and hardship to our family. This situation is unacceptable and has caused immense distress. We will be seeking both consumer and legal counsel, and we will be bringing this matter to the attention of our entire business, local, professional, and social networks. We will not tolerate this level of dishonesty and incompetence. On multiple occasions, I visited the dealership seeking a resolution, only to find either a lack of suitable replacement vehicles, an absent management team, or overwhelming crowds. It's unclear where the management team is hiding, but their absence from the business is evident!!!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman was friendly. He tried to sell me a New England check up for over $700. I go to the horrible waiting area which filthy. No vending machine to get water. I get a call after being here an hr. That their software just came up as it was down a morning (lies) you have 2 recalls that will be another 2 hrs. They don’t even have the curious to walk to me. The man says (rudely ) well if you want to go on with your life you don’t need to do the recall software. I’ve never received any recall notices. All the other service people come to the waiting area.

STAY AWAY
my stepdaughter Kelcie Hardy, I’ll explain if you have not heard anything about this, she purchased the car she got home I said what’s that ticking noise, I asked her to call the salesman and tell him she would like to have them look at it, she was told drive it for a few days if it’s still making the noise bring it by and he will have the service dept check it out, so about a week goes by she still hears the same ticking noise and now the car thrusts forward at times when she stops, she takes it back service the service rep tells her they can’t find anything wrong, so again it is still making the same noise and the car still thrusting forward, I told her to call the salesman again, they once again tell her to take it in he tells her we’ll look at it again, she dropped it off and left it there, low and behold service calls her back and tells her you need a new engine and the car is unsafe to drive!!! are you kidding me? they sold my daughter a car that was unsafe to drive!!! For the next few days, they are feeding her lots of xx trying to say the car was not sold to her that way REALLY? Good thing she spent 4k on a warranty service contract that covered the engine right?, they then tell her they won’t have an answer from Hyundai until a couple weeks, but of course they would not help her with a loaner car or put her in a rental, needless to say she had to Uber to and from work money she doesn’t have so at this point I called and asked to talk to the General Manager someone else takes my call i belive his name was Eric, I proceeded to explain the whole situation, I told him how disappointed I was that this happened and Auto Fair thought that it was more important making money selling my daughter a piece of crap car that was unsafe to drive, I asked him to make it right take the Hyundai back in a trade give her exactly what she paid for the junkster and get her into another vehicle he agreed said tell her to come in and pick out another car so here I am thinking they did the right thing but NO! they do get her into another car but get this they get her approved for a new loan how they did that with her credit situation baffled me well what they did knowing her other loan was to new and won’t show up on her credit report yet so they get her a new loan for the used car that she picked out,you would think they did the right thing WRONG!! the service dept. called her and told her Hyundai wouldn’t replace the engine. So now they are trying to stick her with 2 car loans!! 1 with a car that they sold her that had a bad engine and was unsafe to drive plus now the car they approved another loan for, but they felt the need to put a customer's safety last before the almighty dollar. I don’t know how this dealership is allowed to do shady stuff like this to a hard-working woman or anyone for that matter. I would hope the dealership will do the right thing that any respected dealership would do. I would hate to have this get very messy because with social media these days it would affect their dealerships in a very negative light.

Do not service here
Young woman service advisor is very friendly. Not only has she offered to show my husband her onlyfans (nudity) account, but also my 20 year old son when he went in for service. I'd like to think you people have an idea of the situation as multiple customers have come forward.
