Fast efficient service
Just a regular maintenance visit, done very quickly. Had barely settled into the waiting area when I was called back to check out! Actually would have been better to have taken hours longer, as an ice storm made for an exciting drive home! But AutoFair is quick and efficient, as always!

Joe in the service department who greated us was fantastic! I had a few questions on the new hybrid I recently bought. Things I was had no idea about/disappointed with and he got the answers and showed me how things work which pleasantly surprised me and made me extremely happy I bought this car from them! Example: was disappointed that the engineers made the hood too long so I couldn't left the wipers up for snow storms let alone to replace the blades. He showed me that you turn on the accessory position and hold the wiper/smart stick up for a couple of seconds. The wipers go to the 12 o'clock position so you can lift them off toe windshield. Thank you again Joe! Another 5 star I give them is the work area is spotless, and when you get back in your car the surfaces you touch (handles steering wheel, etc) are clean and free of dirt and grease. Now the con.....paying $80 to have them tune the winter tire pressure sensors from the summer ones. I will go to Weeds in Concord where they do it for free!

All done — earlier than expected
Needed a broken lug nut on my tire replaced, so went to AutoFair in advance of an already scheduled maintenance appointment next week. Ended up getting everything done, including some previously unknown problems taken care of. Service advisor Christina Millikan just fantastic, as usual! Extremely friendly, helpful and patient with my bad hearing — can’t express enough how much I appreciate that! Will be back to AutoFair for sure!

Great
Went in for (oil change) servicing. Was told that it was not a factory recommended one so I was not overdue. They did state inspection instead and had me out in plenty of time.
