Manny was great

Great dealership that I would strongly recommend. I worked with Manny Saint Jean and he provided excellent service. I was concerned about the ultimate price and negotiation process since I was in the market for a popular vehicle in the chip shortage, a 2022 Palisade. However, negotiating wasn’t the painful process it usually is. Manny was not pushy in the least, let me do a take-home test drive, and I bought it later that day. To offer some constructive criticism, I wish I was able to walk out of there a little sooner. The paperwork took some time; however, that’s always the case when financing a vehicle. Joe, the finance manger, was quick, thorough, and friendly. My wait wasn’t bad, it was just a Friday afternoon with people ahead of me and I was excited to get out of there. Ultimately, easy dealings and I paid a fair price. Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent service experience

Auto fair Hyundai performed a federally mandated recall repair on my 2014 Sante Fe Sport. Repair Team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Work was done promptly and they conducted an inspection as well. Happy customer!

No one better!

Always a great visit. In and out service. Service managers explain everything in detail. Bought three SUV’s there and go back because of the service and staff.

Service department

I bought a service package with my lease, even though it’s a bit of a drive from where I live. Service is quick, workers are friendly, straight and up front people. I highly recommend this place.

Engine trouble

Question why did my car have to breakdown before I was told it needed a software update? No reasonable answer given. Was told told to google my VIN # to see if service needed. What?

I went in for an oil change, the process is always very easy. The staff is always proactive and professional. Jared helped me and was punctual with timing. Give Jared a raise.

Over all great service, super fast

Great service, I needed service last min on a Saturday, fit me in, and got me outright at the time I needed to be out....Great service. Superfast.
