I am amazed!
I am amazed!! I purchased my used vehicle from Rusty Drawing and while driving home, I noticed my steering wheel was shaking.. I knew it was the rotors that needed to be changed. 2 days later, one of the salesman that I was working with called to see how things were going. I told him what was going on and he immediately said “lets get that looked at"! I scheduled my appointment 2 days later to have them look at my Sequoia. Once I arrived, the service advisor, Greg, looked at it and then told me they were going to replace my rotors at no cost to me!! I was totally shocked and amazed at the solution they choose! Many dearlership would not waste time after someone purchased a vehicle, to then care enough to make a free repair! I will be buying my vehicles from them when that time comes! Overall, it was a wonderful experience from the moment I bought my car to the repair that was done!

Great people to work with!
Great people to work with! Ronnie in service went the extra mile to help us get the daughters Prius up and going. Was done in the most timely manner possible and he did his best to keep the cost as low as possible! Our daughter is so thrilled to have her gas saver back. We give everyone at Rusty Drewing all five stars, as they deserve it! Thanks again Ronnie!

They would not allow me to buy a car because I lived...
They would not allow me to buy a car because I lived farther than 100 miles! I believe that is discriminating ! Also they were extremely rude!!! Please shop elsewhere!!!

blunt personnel that wont tKe the fight to warranty companies for longtime Toyota owners.my former dealers in California would fight for me and not lay down like a scolded dog. will go 35 miles to Columbia for a better service attempt
