2010 Audi A4

Just recently purchased a Audi A4 from Bill Gatton. Nick Rowe and Ashton were both an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They both went out of their way to make sure that I left the dealership as a happy customer. Also, Ransom Griffey, the finance manager, made filling out paperwork an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend Bill Gatton for a car purchase.

Dora Allison 2014 Nissan Rogue

I purchased a Nissan and Chase was great.I tested 2 cars and he was very helpful.Chase was courteous and professional.He done his best to get the Nissan down to were I could afford buying it.If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I recommend Bill Gatton and Chase Rouse for your salesman. 2015 Mazda 3

Before contacting Nick, I had already decided on a color and model of the Mazda 3. They did not have it at the time, so they ordered it and it arrived as a 2015 instead of the 2014 that I was expecting, which was a very pleasant surprise. I got to test drive it, and the purchase was completely painless. Mark and Ransom were also very helpful and kind. Great experience.

Great Experience

I purchased a Kia and Justin was great. He was very helpful with both cars I test drove and tried his hardest to get the price to where I could afford it. He was courteous and professional! The "new computer finance part" took a little longer than I expected but it was ok.

2015 Nissan Rogue

I bought my Mazda 6 from Bill Gatton's back in 2006 and LOVED it. The service buying and servicing it was 2nd to none. This past weekend I went and traded that Mazda for a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The customer service was awesome. I liked the way my salesman presented the 2 vehicles I was interested in and I was allowed to chose which one fit my needs. So, if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle I strongly recommend Bill Gatton Honda/Mazda/Nissan and Chad Damron. I LOVE my new vehicle.

Great place to shop!

I did my research on the internet and planned out my visit with Nick before I arrived. By the time I got there, all I had to do was test drive the car and wait for my turn with the financial team (who got me a really good interest rate by the way!). Great place to do business and I will return! Can't imagine an easier experience.

Awesome Experience!

Everyone at Bill Gatton Mazda was so friendly and helpful. Nick was not only great to work with when I purchased my car, but he has continued to provide me with excellent customer service a year after my purchase. I enjoy going to the dealership for service because everyone is so welcoming.

Overpriced won't negotiate.

I went to buy a used 2014 honda civic si sedan. The car had 7000 miles on it and had been lowered. They was asking the sticker price of a brand new one. I made very good offers $1000 dollars from there asking price and denied me. They like to show cars not sell them might as well be a museum.

This is the only way we can better serve our customers. I would first like to apologize we were not able to make a deal on the Honda you were interested in. I did however notice in your review that you said you made a offer $1,000 less then what we were asking. If that was or is the case then I will happily agree to do so and tell you to come pick up the Civic today. Unfortunately from speaking with you on the phone your offer was $22,600 out the door. We are asking $23,800 for the Civic, so therefore you would be offering $3,300 less not $1,000. The staff here will go above and beyond to help make this work for you but we cannot sell that car for that price. I will be happy to email you a list of vehicles that will fit into your budget. Mr. Brady, It's not a out of my budget issue here. It's a car value issue. Do you know what the factory sticker is on this car from honda with 0 miles? It's your asking price of your car with 7000 miles and a lowering kit probably unprofessionally installed. I give offers and all you say is no... the least you can do is give me a number back. You don't want to sell the car or I would be driving it right now. Thanks, Mr. Wilhelm

Horrible method.

Beware of internet prices. Found a car online that was priced 18,899. It was a pretty good deal on the car. My budget was 19,000 so we drove over an hour. Test drove the car then went inside for negotiations. Being optimistic I through out 18,500 out the door. They com back with 20,220. I'm thinking I'm on candid camera or something. They then give me some spill about how they price the cars and show me a price break down. It was a crazy, even had a big processing fee. DON'T LIST THE PRICE IF YOU CANT SELL IT FOR WHAT YOU'VE LIST IT AS. I won't go back there.
