Staff very courteous and professional, except during my visit while waiting at the customers’ lobby, there were two men talking very loud with a LOT of profanity words spoken over and over! There were other ladies who were customers who had to endure listening to that sort language! Not very good!

Sign documents at financing department and the reciieced calls and text .message that we we didnt sign some documents after the fact and that we had to go back and zing more papers , that was not good for us we were told everything was taken care of and then a few days latter recieving annoying call and text messages that we had to go back and sign more documents did not sit well with us after we were told everything was done. My wife and I are very busy with work and our family an especially for me as I work inthe bay area and as I'm writing this review, my wife is stil getting texts from the finance people about more signatures, after we already talked to the finance company and they assured us that e earthing was final?

These folks are the most courteous dealer people I know. I actually kind of trust them.

Giovanni Figueroa our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new vehicle we purchased. We felt heard and he was very patient, answering all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. He helped us get our dream car.
