The service department at Kunes Volvo of Sycamore is the worst experience we have ever had. There was no communication after two weeks of having my car there and we had to get it towed to a different dealership because they had not even ordered a part during that two weeks. We attempted dozens of times to get a hold of someone in the service department and our last resort was calling salesmen and the receptionist who would take hand-written messages back to the service department… and still no communication!! For two weeks!! Do not get involved with this service department.
