We tried multiple times for two weeks to get the salesman and manager to contact us about a 3rd party document that was snuck into our sales documents. We felt that it was a deceptive practice and wanted to discuss the situation amicably. No one would ever return our calls, emails, or texts. There was also an issue where the car they sold us for one price was suddenly offered later that day for $2500 less. It was the same car with the same VIN number. I felt this a was very suspicious practice. Overall, our sales experience was very disappointing, but most of all we were so discouraged when we could never get a response from the dealership about our concerns. I was also told by the salesman he would check on adding a feature to the vehicle, but never received a call about that either. Beware of purchasing here. They are very eager to sell, but have no desire to respond to any concerns you might have after the sell..
