My daughter and I came in on a very busy Saturday.

My daughter and I came in on a very busy Saturday. We are not big spenders. However, Karyssa was polite, helpful, and very professional. We will be looking for her when we decide to upgrade next year.

Karon and I stumbled into each other because I went to

Karon and I stumbled into each other because I went to the wrong dealership. As I was about to leave he asked what I was looking for. I told him a CX5 Turbo Signature. He told me that the only difference was a few more cameras and the seats had a different type of leather. He asked if I wanted to look at a regular 2022 Turbo. I did, I test drove it, it was a beautiful vehicle, it had all I needed feature wise (honestly more than I needed). An hour and a half later we settled on a trade in price, warrantees, and holding the vehicle while I setup a loan with my CU. Came back later that week and in and out in about an hour with my unexpected new car. I was very pleased with his service and no pressure demeanor. The finance manager Jesse was great and not overly pushy, he was upfront and got me an amazing deal on tire and wheel coverage. They do automatically put two add-on fees on every OTD price so make sure you get it itemized

The service department does nothing but insult and acting

The service department does nothing but insult and acting condescending. Ivan Gutierrez is the worst rep I have dealt with and because of him specifically, I would never go here again. Your better off just burning your car in a parking lot.

I was literally about to give up on buying a new car

I was literally about to give up on buying a new car until I had dialog with Marci. She did an amazing job helping me pick the right model for me. She did excellent explaining the different features and was very understanding with my questions. She helped work a really good deal on my cx50. I will definitely seek Marci out again when it's time for another vehicle. She knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
