He hasn't a clue what is going on. When an exact match of the 2022 Equinox we ordered arrived, we were told it wasn't ours. In July he told us no more 2022 Colorado's would be built due to upcoming 2023 model changeover but one week later the one we ordered arrived.

Ed Morse Dealership was the third dealership that we contemplated doing business with in regards to our latest vehicle purchase. The first dealership didn’t have the exact vehicle we were looking for, the second dealership did, but the sales manager was very condescending, so we walked away and at that point began working with Jenn & Peo at Ed Morse Chevrolet. Jenn was incredibly personable & helpful, and Peo was respectful, helpful, and one of the nicest sales managers I’ve had the opportunity to work with. We’ve purchased 6 brand new vehicles over the years and this was one of the most smooth transactions, with some of the most kind and helpful people, including Casey the finance manager. No one was overly pushy about anything, yet they were very good about giving us options, and guiding us in our decisions. They were very informed about the vehicle we were purchasing, very helpful with the questions we had, and determined to help us every step of the way to make the process as positive as possible. We love our new Tahoe, and we’re incredibly thankful to everyone who helped us at Ed Morse Chevrolet! Even though the dealership was 5 hours away from our home, it was worth the drive to give business to a dealership who treats their customers so well.
