Huge shout out to a service associate named Nicholas Silva. I came in for a regular oil change on my car. He recommended a fluid flush but he wasn’t “pushy” about me getting it done. I got the fluid flush he recommended. It took a bit longer than expected so he offered me a 10% discount due to the wait. He was knowledgeable about other concerns I had such as, my car having a shake or irregular vibrations being felt through the floor and verbalized options to get it checked out. I also consulted with him about getting a bottle of touch-up paint for my car and he was able to get it to me right away. And last but not least, he gave me information about how to get a spare key since I never got one with my car when I bought it a few years ago. He checked on this even though he doesn’t work in sales and went out of his way to ask around. Overall Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and catered to my needs/concerns while I was at the dealership. He went above and beyond for a regular maintenance service on my car. Thanks again!

All of my service visits leave me feeling satisfied. There is no pressure up-sell and any recommended service is explained allowing me to make the right decision for me.

Received excellent service. Only thing I would improve is the speed of service. Only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 90 minutes to complete

Nicholas was very polite and professional when I approached him with an issue which I needed help with regarding a punctured tire on my 2025 Toyota Cross. I told him I didn’t purchase the vehicle at this dealership but he still accommodated me like I was a long time customer. He made sure I was serviced quickly do to the hazardous potential of a punctured tire. Before and after the service was complete Nicholas was like a concierge in a fancy hotel making sure I was comfortable while I waited and when everything was done he made sure I was satisfied with the results of the service I received. I have been in search of the dealership I would make my regular service location since I’ve moved and the dealership closer to my new home, which I went to first, was not very accommodating and sent me off back on to the road knowing the potential hazardous driving condition of the tire condition. Nicholas on the other hand was sensible, honest and accommodating. He is a top notch customer relations guy. I will be back to AutoFair Toyota of Tewksbury for my first oil change ( yup a nail in the new tire before my first oil change 😩) and for my Toyota service in the future.👍🏻 Thank you !

I would give this dealership less than 1 star if possible. They lie to you just to get you into the door. I was given an instant offer by KBB of $15,165.00 and then I received a call from Toyota of Tewksbury stating they were interested in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma truck. The Internet Sales Manager (Lasheka Williams) call me and said they were interested in my truck and that they always pay more for the vehicles than KBB because they were a third party. I went down to obtain my cash offer from them and they offered me $1,000.00 less than KBB even though the only comment they made on the condition of the truck was that it had a few scratches. I had heard in the past that this was not a reputable dealership and this just confirmed the comments I had heard. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, nor should you.

Service staff is knowledgeable. Seating area is nice. Staff is friendly. Location is convenient. I have traded cars couple of times.
