The service department here is crap. Bought a truck from this dealership had it a little over a year and this is the second time have to bring it the service shop and both experiences are subpar. Have an appointment at 9 am and at 2 pm I get call letting me know my batteries are dead. When I scheduled the service one of the reasons that I was having it looked at was because something was draining on my batteries. So it took 6 hours to diagnose what I had already told them was a problem. They did no tests on the batteries just replaced them. why schedule an appointment if your not going to honor it
