hour and half oil change
i made an appt today for 12:30 pm it took 2 hours for an oil change . they said i needed new filters for the engine and cabin. $ 85 .52 dollars -- Wow -- that is a rip off . half the time they dont even check them -- and said they did -- and when they do -- they charge you an arm and leg . the service advisor sucked . the leaves you for an hour -- waiting , waiting , then its another hour before he comes and gets you -- then after a two hour wait -- i have to return AGAIN - to have the air in my tires checked because the tire light came on -- and charge me for service that sucks -- i should charge them for having to come back again and again after i have it serviced .

We were concerned about going to a dealership during the pandemic, but the service here was very fast and safe. We went to another Toyota dealership before this, back at the beginning of the year, but they couldn't help me get the car I wanted. I am so pleased and happy with my new car! I have been driving it for a few weeks now and it is exactly what I wanted.

I inquired with JB about a car online. He initially told me it was doable with a $5k deposit for out of state sales. Then when I called him later, he stated it was first come first serve. After arriving at the dealership, I did not receive any documents I asked for, they didn’t notify me that the car was not going to be under their used car certification due to Covid-19 (BS). Upon arriving at the dealership, I had to ask repeatedly for the cars documents that I requested in advance, he then told me it was ready to go, and was detailed and had a full tank of gas. When I went to test drive, the car was not cleaned at all inside, and had trash in the center console, no full tank of gas, and a tire pressure sensor light on. After I bought the car and drove off, come to find I had a nail in my tire that caused the low tire pressure light. JB didn’t even look at the car prior to my arrival, nor did he take the time to do any preliminary work getting paperwork ready, and passed me off to another sales person who was entry level. She had no idea what was going on or what I previously asked for. I feel like if you purchase a car from a Toyota Dealer, you should expect a level of professionalism. JB and the other sales persons were sub-par at best. I’ve had better experiences at many other dealerships. Buyer beware- call them out on their lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Not worth your time! I would recommend any other Toyota Dealer in Denver or Montrose over these people!!!! It’s not your time and energy to deal with these people!
