Always ask for Gary!
My fiance and I have each purchased a car through a Larry H. Miller dealership within the past year. We enjoyed our experience with the franchise but it was Gary Hillman that will keep us coming back for years! He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles and attentive to your needs/budget. Most salespersons I have come across are so aggressive in pushing vehicles you do not want or can not afford within the first 10 minutes of stepping inside that I would never consider that dealership again. Gary was patient with us while we shopped around various dealerships while checking with us periodically so we kept him in mind. This was key for us. We were looking for an honest and trustworthy person to work with. We felt Gary had our best interest at heart and wanted us to be ready before pulling the trigger! If you ever consider a Toyota, whether you're in Boulder or Denver make the trip up to Larry H. Miller and only ask for Gary!

Gary is great
I loved working with Gary. I had a bad experience with the finance team at the time of purchase, but they did a good job getting things straight with me afterwards. I understand that gentleman is no longer there.

Incredibly flexible
Very flexible, incredibly accommodating. I had a very particular set of circumstances, and Markus was exceedingly willing to work with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a price that worked for me. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Mislead and Lied to
I live in Colorado Springs and was assured that I could get any and all service at the Larry Miller Toyota in Colorado Springs. There has been a shaking feeling in the front end since we got it. In our first trip last weekend to New Mexico it got worse. We scheduled an appointment to have alignment and balance check done today. I was told that it shouldn't do that in a Certified vehicle and that my tires are cupping and I need new tires. But....they cannot do that for me and I have to return it to Boulder. The Manager made a special point to let us know that we wouldn't have to drive to Boulder for service. That isn't true. We were told that the vehicle was Certified and everything was in good working order. That was not true. The dealer here told me that the problem was the tires and I that need a whole new set of tires. That is not true. This vehicle either needs an alignment or front end work in order to stop the shaking and destructive tire wear. Now we have a vehicle that shakes, is wearing my new tires out prematurely and is unsafe to drive. We are getting the runaround!

Easy and quick!
Markus took the time to make sure I understood some of the features in the car and even paired my phone for me after I bought the car. Both Markus and Bengy were very friendly and made sure I knew everything that was going on. Would highly recommend them both.
