Charlie bus service was excellent. Service Dept was timely and the waiting area is a nice place to hang out while you wait for the work to be competed.

McGrath Toyota of Iowa City has earned my Loyola business because all the people serving my automotive needs have performed to exceed my expectations!! I say this because I have experienced sales and service with McGrath since 1981 and never received a result that was not addressed to my complete satisfaction !!

Although I didn’t end up buying the car (my own fault) Damon was awesome to work with. He was very helpful!

Theron Stuelke is the best sales person I've ever met, he is always patient, enthusiastic and professional. Theron also helped me delivered my vehicle to my house. And all persons we met in McGrath were kindly and enthusiastic. Our family had a very good experience in McGrath.

I couldn't edit my other review, so I will leave another one. I had a good experience at McGrath of Iowa City, and Aaron Woodward was helpful and not overly pushy in helping me get the type of car I wanted. I spent a bit more than I wanted to, but I still think it was a good deal and he was responsive when I asked questions. It was the first time I purchased a car and financed, and overall the experience was pretty reasonable. The financing wasn't too bad of an experience either, but they were trying to push some of the extra warranties, but I know its their job. Once we got past that point, it all went smoothly. I do appreciate the finance guys though allowing me to run all the numbers on my own and breaking everything down.

I had an overall good experience at McGrath Toyota. I worked with Aaron Woodward, and he was helpful and not overly pushy which I know is a common issue with some dealers. I was able to get a reasonable price for the car I wanted, albeit I spent more than I wanted originally but I still think it was still a good deal for me The finance guys were fine as well that I had to deal with, but they were trying to push the warranty, but it wasn’t overly so. I appreciate the text messages to update progress when my vehicle is being serviced. Estimates are ongoing so there are no surprises at the end and I like being able to approve or defer particular recommendations. My RAV4 is an older model and McGrath has kept it in good running order through the years.
