The WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. If you want $7,000.00 in ADDED ON FEES, LIES and PRESSURE TACTICS, this is your place! Was looking at a stock Jeep, and my salesperson was Wendy Novick-Fisher. Online price was $32,000.00. Came in, looked at the Jeep, and was told to come back next day and would make a deal at same price. Came back next day, but after all the ADDED ON FEES, the price came to over $39,000.00! Upon questioning this, Wendy became rude, unprofessional, and berating. What a liar! Too bad for them, as I had over $30,000.00 in cash with me and was ready to buy. Oh well! I will never be back to this dealership!

I waited two weeks for them to tell me they cannot gets

I waited two weeks for them to tell me they cannot gets parts to fix the window in my Verano that goes down by itself, adding that original factory parts are not available. And I had to call them. They added that I should seek aftermarket parts myself. I paid $180 for the misdiagnosis of a faulty window switch, which I replaced myself. That was not the problem. The motor is bad. They don't need my business.

Novick used to be great.

Novick used to be great. Was a customer. for both sales and service This place plummeted downhill with the new management as Bridgeton Auto Mall. The Novick family members still working there should be embarrassed. Wanted to upcharge me $5000 on a Trailblazer and added a bunch of fees for etching and other bogus dealer upcharges that added up to over $9000. Bridgeton is a relatively small town and they are going to burn their bridges fast here if this is how they do business. Very disappointed and will never go back.
