We drove to the Kia in Billings, engine light flashing. Anna D. was helpful from our first hello to when we said goodbye the next day. Anna took us to our hotel and picked us up the next day, explaining the possibilities (knock sensor Or a new motor - all covered under an extended warrantee.) Being out of town, we were happy the team at Kia was able to replace the "knock sensor" - they had one in stock. Jenelle at the front desk was helpful, as well.

Recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Kole. He was assisted by Chris. Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend this dealership. No pressure just very informative. Love my Kia!!

Thank you Kia for a wonderful, hassle free experience! Jacob Roberts is definitely the sales go to! He made the process wonderful. Makes you feel right at home. Zero pressure along with great conversation while waiting on the sale process. If you're needing a new vehicle, get in and ask for Jacob! He will get the job done after a very satisfactory level!)

Stay away from this dealership.

Stay away from this dealership. Their " GM" is shady. Offered us 6 k less on trade in than other dealerships. And after when he " revised" paperwork it didn't make sense. He offered more but yet added in other places. Read reviews on Yelp. They are not well received.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience! Walked-in to buy a new Sportage, the sales guy was super helpful and explained all of the features vehicle had. Sales manager is a super nice gentleman and made process as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

wonderful experience of buying a new car here, guys from sales team handled everything in the most convenient way for me, bought a new Sorento Hybrid couple days ago. I'm happy with my new car and want to say thanks to this dealership and the sales team!!

We purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago from here.

We purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago from here. I would never do it again based on our experience. We were promised and told things that they never followed through with. Packed up my family and drove 4.5 hours to go pick our vehicle up. Was promised before we got there they would fix an issue with trim around our windows. Got the run around and it was never fixed. We don’t have a KIA dealership in our town. I asked several times if all safety recalls were fixed on the vehicle because otherwise I’d have to take a half day off work to get it fixed. Was assured multiple times that they wouldn’t sell it without having the service work done on it. After reading the car fax after the sale, there’s still 2 recalls out on it. Completely lied to. To top it off, I had my wife, 11 month and 6 year old drive the vehicle back home. A day later one of the tires was low. I took it into our TRUSTED mechanic and there were 3 plugs in just that one tire. There’s no way they didn’t see that when they rotated the tires. What would have happened had that tire blown while they were driving home? I had to buy all new tires for it. I reached out to the sales associate I was working with and the sales manager. Neither have even acknowledged my concerns. Promises made, not promises kept. I understand sometimes mistakes are made, but then acknowledge, apologize and try to make it right. Find a car dealership you can TRUST. Steer clear from here.

My visit with Kia was a good one.

My visit with Kia was a good one. Very professional and tried to bend over backwards to please me as a customer. I see some bad reviews but I did have a good experience.
