Will never buy again after 40 thousand dollars one day

Will never buy again after 40 thousand dollars one day they want 40 more dollars the next they heavy undervalued our car what they gave us according to blue book they gave us half what it was worth will never buy again or recommend apple Ford to anyone l have purchased several new cars in the past when it was barkhouser Ford but feel greatly robbed

Nice people,if you buy a car from there.

Nice people,if you buy a car from there.Worst if you need repairs. My vehicle has been waiting for parts since August 2021. They get part. Then tell me, I need a new $6000 transmission, allowed my battery to go dead on their lot. I had to use warranty to replace a 1 year old battery. They knew that, they were supposed to put Transmission in my car They knew I expected them to get transmission replaced.Yet they didn't bother to hear me when I signed papers for them to do repairs and now, I am going on another list for transmission to be put in, because of the UAW STRIKE.That I am sure they knew that before I did... How do they expect a new customer, to feel.When they will change their policies to, Something I was never informed of. They seem to be very nice people. I just NEED,My car fixed. And I say they dropped the ball big time. I need a better explanation than the run around I have received. They knew I would pay them whatever the cost. I kept in touch with them to reassure them I would be getting the money. Now after a little over 3 months after wait on part. I have the money and their Transmission Specialist is one of the best in Danville. I'm not trying to be ungrateful... I just want my car fixed. ASAP. JUST BECAUSE WE'RE ON SS, , I don't know. Either way This has to be the most ridiculous situation with getting a car repaired!!!!My main Question is why didn't you order the Transmission, when you knew, You were my only hope of getting back on the road.

Worst service ever.

My backup camera kept going black. Left my car there for 4 days, problem was NOT fixed. Took to another dealer, fixed in 2 hours.

Edge 2018

Once again, we chose Barkhouser Ford as our dealership and Marqus Brooks as our salesperson for the purchase of my 2018 Ford Edge. Marqus was extremely helpful in pointing out the differences in Ford's SUV line. He found a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted! Thanks Marqus and Barkhouser for another great sales experience! I highly recommend Barkhouser Ford and Marqus to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

I pretty much knew what I wanted before I went. The experience was wonderful and I got exactly what I wanted. When I pulled off the lot I was in love with my new escape

From his personable demeanor to his depth of character, John Blackwell sold me himself which sold me the car. Everyone at Barkhauser is extremely helpful and willing to work with you to achieve a purchase you are proud of. The after-care is even more impressive, with follow up calls to ensure you are still pleased with your purchase to making it possible to fix any issue that may have reared after making your purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and working directly with John Blackwell.

New F150 Purchase

This was the BEST experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle. Marqus Brooks was awesome! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable about Ford products, and allowed us to take our time. When we got ready to leave in our new truck, he explained all the features on the dash. He answered our many questions and always had a smile on his face. I told him that I would be in the market for a SUV in the near future. He shared some useful info on the Explorer, Edge, and Escape. He allowed me to test drive a couple of the vehicles. We will be calling on Marqus in the future. We have already recommended him and Barkhouser Ford to some of our friends. Tommy Taylor and John Knowles were quite helpful and nice too. Everyone was very professional.
