Great experience every time.

Great experience every time. Professional and knowledgeable. The service department in my opinion is what defines a dealership and this one is the best. I trust the advice I receive from my service advisor Bradley and always have full confidence in the technicians that work on my car.

I wish i could give them zero!

I wish i could give them zero! I purchased a 2012 Honda ridge line not even two years ago. despite the many repair and maintenance costs from the "certified used" vehicle comes a manufacturing defect where twice now a part of my roof has literally broke off while driving on the high way and hit other vehicles. Honda has a policy where they only fix "safety issues" for some reason they do not think my car falling apart in the wind and physically damaging other vehicles is a safety issue. they begrudgingly fixed it the first time after countless back and forth with their terrible "service specialist" and terrible management staff who couldn't care less about their customers. now its happened a second time after either failing to fix or install it properly or just straight up refuse to acknowledge this is a manufacturing defect that is a safety issue to me and other drivers. even though they recently fixed the issue themselves they now refuse to warranty the part or cover a portion of the cost. they do not sell quality vehicles. they do not provide any level of customer service. they do not stand behind the work they do to their vehicles and they do not care if your car is safe for you or the drivers around you. I will never own a honda again, I will never trust honda middleburgh again, and i will forsure never trust their mechanics to fix something. i suggest you do the same. Reporting them to the BBB and everywhere else I can.

Chris - We respect feedback, but several key facts in this review are inaccurate. This vehicle was a 2012 Honda Ridgeline with 124,000 miles, sold AS-IS in July 2024, which is standard for a 12-year-old, high-mileage vehicle. Despite having no obligation, when you contacted us over a month later and after 2,000 additional miles, we repaired the third brake light at no charge, using genuine Honda parts with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. In January 2026, with the truck now 14 years old and at 154,000 miles, the same part failed again—well outside the warranty period. Even so, we contacted Honda Motor Company on your behalf, who agreed to cover 20% of the repair, which we passed along to you. We stand by our decision to help early on and again later as a goodwill gesture. What we cannot do is accept responsibility for normal wear and aging on a 15-year-old vehicle. — Honda of Middleburg Heights
