I had a great experience with Carriage Nissan. We visited every Nissan dealer within a 50 mile range and they had the best customer service. They were very nice and helpful from start to finish. The salesman had a great personality and was never pushy. Even the person that delivered the vehicle and demonstrated everything was more than helpful.

I was looking to buy a new Nissan Versa and was quoted a price (sticker price)and was told I did not have to pay for a dealer add on. The dealership added the price to the window sticker price and never explained it to me. I brought it to their attention when I got home,and was told they had to talk to the owner of the company who was out of the country. The next day they said they could not do anything for me.I would like Mr. Basha to contact me concerning this issue. Sam DiAntonio.

Knowledgable, friendly, patient staff. Many questions about the electronics were answered before I left with my new car. I have not had my car serviced yet, so I don't know about customer service in that area.

This was a very pleasant experience. We did not spend endless hours in the showroom, our first visit was 20 minutes and then the final visit to make the purchase was quick and very easy. Wayne and Brad were great to work with and very knowledgeable about our truck. They made it easy to negotiate with as well, no running back to the credit manager to "get the price approved" they were able to make the negotiated price their selves. This is how you should be able to buy any car.

I had a wonderful experience at Carriage. I am a mom of 2, now driving, teenagers in Atlanta and ready to get rid of my Mommy Van. I did some research online to narrow my options for smaller, sporty cars. I even did several test drives in Atlanta. I really wanted the 370Z but never thought I would get a new one. Because there where not many 2012 available, there was little negotiating. I decided to go online and see what kind of online deal I could find. Carriage Nissan came back with the best "no haggle" price on a 2012 that was in route to Gainesville. This price was 3+ thousand dollars less than any price I got in Atlanta. I drove to Gainesville to do the paperwork and there was only one surprise, the transit slip said the car had navigation. I got the navigation for dealer cost. The car was still on its way to Georgia so I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive. Carriage was great about keeping me informed and up to date on its arrival. Wayne Anderson was my Sales Associate and was wonderful to work with. Good Experience, L

I gave an extremely high rating to Carriage Nissan due to the overall respect, friendliness and professionalism showed to my wife and I on our first visit. The atmosphere of Carriage Nissan is a trusting, caring place that puts the buyer's mind at ease. We were able, on our first visit, to be helped by a salesman that truly had our best interest in mind. There is no doubt we will be returning, for service and the future purchase of a new car.

this is the second car a purchased at carriage nissan both times the people were wonderfull the service department is also great!! i realy like taking my car to have it serviced they fast and friendly.

This is the second purchase that I have made at this dealership, I have not had a time that I needed something done to my car that the service department made every effort to right the problem. The sales people also are curtious and very helpful in getting the best price.
