Thank You Mike for a great experience

I had a great experience buy a vehicle on Wednesday 4/5/23 the salesman Michael Baker made the whole experience very enjoyable. Mike was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the vehicle. And he was very easy to work with, even though I am old he made me feel like we were old friends.

Went in for an oil change, mentioned that a 4HI & 4LO

Went in for an oil change, mentioned that a 4HI & 4LO light flashed a few weeks prior and asked about it. They called and said they would have to diagnose it more (@ $149 per hour) no problem, I asked to leave it alone because it really wasn't an issue, oil change only please. Picked up the truck, and the light has been flashing ever since. I called and asked for explanation (because I need to tell the next mechanic at a different dealership)--at first the person on the phone just told me they turned it on and it was like that. After I explained, again, it wasn't like that and that light only happened twice and the last time was weeks before she said she would talk to the tech -- calls me back with "tech put it in 4HI and then 4LO and light came on"... so went in with a non issue and picked up with an issue.

Good service department

Took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma for a recall check , 10 minutes later all done truck completely checked over. Thankfully my truck didn't have the recall problems.

Excellent service

I will take my F-150 here any time. Excellent service and very nice staff. Nice waiting room. They explain everything to me. I can't say more.

Excellent service and great employees.

Excellent service. Helpful employees. Car finished on time. Will take the car there for next oil change and tire rotation. Locally owned is a big plus.

Service of my vehicle

I am so thankful to have the crew at Jefferson Nassiiefs service department so close to home. Sandy goes out of her way to explain everything to me and why it needs to be done. I would recommend them to anyone.

My dependible f-150

I always did my own servicing-since 1964.but,after a back injury I started having Nassief do it.That was a very wise move.Excellent serviice -Sandy,Don and mechanics are the best.

Service work on 2008 Camry

I always get great service from the Nassief dealership. They always work with me to get appointments (and a loaner car when needed) that fit my schedule. Don, Sandy, and Toni are always very helpful, personable and pleasure to have contact with, thanks!

#1 IN MY BOOK

My husband bought a new Ford Escape, and I bought a new SantaFe both in 2014. Their service is absolutely unbeatable. They always give us the appointment we request, and they get us in and out as quickly as possible. They even wash your car when you take it in for service. They are friendly, courteous, and very professional. We will continue to take our cars there for service; and when it is time for a new car, we will definitely go back to Nassief.
