I have visited this dealer on multiple occasions since I

I have visited this dealer on multiple occasions since I have always owned a Hyundai and have had curiosity when new models come out. On all my visits, every single salesperson would work against me. Mr. Oscar Torres has been the only salesperson to provided me with a great deal at a price I wanted to pay. Buying a car at the dealer is a terrifying experience for some but it moves effortlessly when you have a salesman like Mr. Torres on your side.

Very poor communication; followup and after-sale

Very poor communication; followup and after-sale attention. Purchased car in Florida for registration in NY January 29, 2024. Still waiting for plates.........they never sent sales tax forms to NY so expeditator could process plates. Our temporary plates expired April 14th and not able to use car since then. Got runaround from 5-6 people, from sales; financing and then manager......... Also have been requesting Certified Pre Owned certification and checklist since January 29.............to date it hasn't been furnished, which makes me believe car wasn't CPO. My dealer in NY, South Shore Genesis advises that car IS NOT CPO.

Very poor communication.

Very poor communication. Telephone messages are ignored. When you finally get sales,, promises are given but not followed I work with another Genesis Dealerships in PA, that is far more responsive and responsible I would not recommend doing business with them

Terrible car purchase experience.

Terrible car purchase experience. I was overcharged $5k for my vehicle and I can't get a hold of anyone to communicate the issue with me. They also sold me a vehicle with a patched tire without disclosing or mentioning at any point or on their service history reports. Find another dealer.

worst dealership i have ever dealt with when they want

worst dealership i have ever dealt with when they want you they will call you 20 times but when you need something from them no one is ever available. I leased a car over 2 months ago and still waiting for my plate i called a number of times and still nothing take my advise do not deal with lehman Genesis go to another Genesis dealer
