Great service! Edison Infiniti goes above and beyond to help customers. Sometimes it takes a little longer than I’d like but they give me a loaner vehicle so I can still drive. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location.

Great buying process
I had a great experience with West Houston Infinity and Austin in particular. I purchased a used car out of state and Austin made it very easy. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

The best Customer Service
I went to the website to locate (on my own) a QX60 in the color combo that my wife preferred. Another dealer told me he'd call back when he located it at another dealer. I gave up after hours of waiting and Rahul took over and delivered the exact vehicle we wanted in a little over 2 hours total. THAT'S customer service
