Never buy a certified car from this showroom ever,

Never buy a certified car from this showroom ever, particularly from the salesperson STEVE is very rude to the customers and he yells at customers as they are slaves. He don’t know the dmv rules and tells what ever he want to sell the car, it’s been 3months we brought the car they extended temp plate 2times still we didn’t receive the plates and when we call the dealership no one responds the calls ever the front desk transfers the calls it’s simply goes to VM. When we asked for a solution for the problem they simply say sorry and we can’t do anything which is there mistake and never want to help customers. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Went in to view a 2020 Nissan Rouge SV.

Went in to view a 2020 Nissan Rouge SV. Car had several scratches, including a dent etc. Was told they can negotiate however when it came time to talk numbers salesmen were extremely rude and arrogant. He was extremely persistent about my credit score and putting money down. Added $10,000 in taxes. Including a "Edison CPO Fee" of $4,000. Told me it was a warranty and could not be taken off. Insisted on running my credit after I informed them I would be financing through my bank. Salesman said "I am the only dealer that would work with your bank". Even said if I visit Nissan of Edison he would do the same thing there because he "owns that one too!!" Very rude!!!!!!!!! I ended up purchasing from Nissan of Edison. Horrible experience and horrible salesman.

They advertised a 2020 Nissan Rogue for sale for 14991.

They advertised a 2020 Nissan Rogue for sale for 14991. Made an appointment. Called me to confirm. Got there and the car is sold. They couldn't have the decency to call and let you know "That One" is gone. Instead you drive an hour to get there and find it already sold. If that's not bait and switch, I don't know what is.

Happy to have contacted Edison Infiniti and specifically Stephen Leonardis. Being extremely busy, Stephen did most of the legwork via text and phone and I was able to stop in sign and drive my new Infiniti QX50.
