I felt like in shady used car dealership.

I felt like in shady used car dealership. First they tried to upsell lots of extras for couple grands. After refusing to pay anything extra they slipped in Extended Warranty to sign. After looking at final numbers and catching it I told them to cancel it since I specifically declined any extra services. They told me it will take 2 weeks for refund to process, but it took 3 months after elevating it through Infiniti Consumer Relations. 6 months later they still owe taxes on that 5K extended warranty and nobody follow up. Even Infiniti Consumer Relations department told me that nothing they can do.... Stay away from this crooks. They only nice when you pay the price and after you leave nobody cares.

We had a great experience with Stephen Leonardis in leasing a new QX60 a few weeks ago. He was very transparent and up front, and everything we discussed was honored when we arrived. He was professional, and took time to make sure our questions were answered. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend Stephen to others.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone after purchasing a

Impossible to get ahold of anyone after purchasing a vehicle. Car had problems, which sales AND manager blatantly ignored calls and receptionist "taking a message" never passed messages onto both of them. Shady dealer with price too good to be true and no OUTSIDE FINANCING allowed. Financing manager and sales guy puts bogus fees and warranties. Puts up an act by being nice but NOT honest. Read the other reviews and AVOID this dealer!

Absolutely a scam!

Absolutely a scam!!! When I agreement was that the extra mileage were included, at a rate of .10 cents. Not only I just received a bill from Nissan for almost $6000 dollars but I had to deal with Gene Lopez, the general manager, disrespectfully and discriminating attitude. Stay away from this dealer!

I sent you an email a few days ago and no response. It saddened me that such a Major Corporation have such a poor customer service and as company, Nissan, would not oversees the legal scams from their dealerships.

Worst dealer I've ever dealt with!

Worst dealer I've ever dealt with!! They're scamming people with good prices and when you get there, they'll add almost $10,000 worth of xx fees! When you told them you didn't want those fees, manager became rude! Just stay away from them!

It was terrible. The car we came to look at was on a test drive and then sold. We wasted our time and nobody cared.

Scam dealership first told us we had to buy the warranty.

Scam dealership first told us we had to buy the warranty. Then told us they only accept cash, no checks etc. Don't buy here!!!!!!!
