The people were good, but the pricing is horrible

The people were good, but the pricing is horrible compared to the previous Heritage Nissan. Charging the customer 3% for using a debit or credit card is a deal killer and I will get my car serviced elsewhere in the future.

I appreciate the extra effort put into my last visit.

I appreciate the extra effort put into my last visit. My issue has been ongoing for some time and they escalated it on up to Nissan for advice. I love my car and have no intention of trading it in. It's my 7th Nissan! My technician Eric has made it his mission to help.

Not very friendly.

Not very friendly. Made me feel that i was a bother. I made an appointment however when I go there I had not be scheduled. So there was no driver there to get me to work. Ended up calling a co-worker to pick me up. Oh I was late for work. The issue/noise that I hear coming from my car is still there. I asked to replace the battery in my key pod and after having my car all day it had not been changed. I honestly feel that even though they kept my car all day I feel that it just sat on the lot. I would not buy a car there nor would I encourage any of my friend or family members to do so. Sooo disappointed.
