I was having an issue with a car and Echo Park did

I recently had the opportunity to test drive a vehicle at the dealership and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was convenient, well-organized, and right on time. Samantha Smith was wonderful to work with — her customer service was truly amazing. She communicated clearly throughout the process, was positive and friendly, and most importantly, very honest. I had made appointment times in 2 different days.

I had made appointment times in 2 different days. and included detail on the car I wanted to drive. I arrived early the first day, chekced in at the front desk and waited 30 minutes... then I left....I arrived early the 2nd time and the sale person did not even know my name, even though I had texted multiple times ahead of the appointment time

Horrible experience through and through.

Horrible experience through and through. Wound up looking at a vehicle that was “thoroughly inspected” with all green check marks. I took the car for a test drive and low and behold the car battery died on the side of the road and wound up stranded there for almost an hour until they decided to come and pick us up. I think this company doesn’t inspect their vehicles and lies to the customer about the condition of their vehicles. Would recommend anywhere else but this dishonest dealership. I would give them a 0 star if I could.
