after agreeing on an out the door price, understanding

after agreeing on an out the door price, understanding that all cost except sales tax were included, they wanted to add another charge for over $500. I spoke with a salesman, the sales manager and the general manager to no avail. It feels like they talk out of both sides their mouths.
