Went the extra mile in providing service. I brought the car in because the air conditioning wasn?t working. They provided a partial fix and then spent a lot of time at no additional charge to determine my options for further repair.

Brought my 2025 Honda Pilot in for first oil change and tire rotation. Service rep was extremely efficient and provided me with detailed explanation as to what would be done and the time it would take to complete the job. Sent updated texts to Let me know how things were going. Even pre scheduled my next service appointment in 6 months. Receptionists were pleasant, asking customers if they wanted snacks while waiting.

I bought a 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid last week from 128 Honda. They were very easy to deal with. Carter, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and offered many different options and solutions as I was trying to narrow my search for the ideal vehicle. Everyone was helpful from the sales manager right up to the owner. I brought my 2019 Honda Insight in for service and after getting a thorough evaluation, I decided to trade it in and buy a new vehicle. The process of valuing the trade was fair and transparent. I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend 128 Honda to any buyer, new or used. I couldn?t be happier.
