Oil change before.

Oil change before. long trip. Inspection found leaky radiator. Required an overnite stay but car was ready next day for my evening appointment. Rental service available for my use.

So I usually take my car to this dealership meaning the

So I usually take my car to this dealership meaning the last 11 years since I bought the car used somewhere else. I brought it in because my air conditioner stopped working. As with any dealership you bring your car in and they find a whole bunch of other problems. I was upset at first because they made secondary repairs first and then did my air conditioner at which time they found additional problems with. Had they worked on my a/c first and discovered the problem I may have said no to fixing the secondary issues that they detected as they were not my principal concern. However, thankfully they resolved my problem in a timely fashion by discounting out one of the repairs and labor time. I was very pleased with this and the work they did. Clearly customer service matters to them. I am hopeful the quality work will not disappoint.

Nicole is great to work with. She is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the customer service department?s honesty and transparency about repairs to my car. Nicole did a great job reviewing the details with me and presenting the technician?s report and recommendations. I have been leasing cars and having them serviced from 128 Honda for almost 10 years. I bought out my last lease at a great price!
