I purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Safford Brown

I purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Safford Brown Kia in Manassas, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, I felt supported, informed, and never pressured. Khalid Janah was incredible to work with. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made me feel genuinely comfortable with my purchase. I had a lot of questions, and he answered every single one quickly and honestly. He was also incredibly patient when I didn’t understand something and took the time to explain it without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. What really stood out was how far he went to make sure everything was right. He actually drove to another lot just to bring the car over for me and even pointed out a small issue himself instead of glossing over it. That level of honesty meant a lot to me. I also worked closely with Alfonso Brooks, the manager, and he was just as amazing. He answered many of my questions, made sure I felt confident throughout the process, and when Khalid noticed the issue with the car, Alfonso immediately had the mechanics do a full inspection to check for anything else. They found the problem, replaced the part, and covered the cost entirely. Even more impressive, he was able to get all of this done in one day. Khaled Jarrar also helped me through the paperwork process, which can be stressful, but he made it easy. He ensured I fully understood what I was signing, clearly explained the next steps, and even helped me coordinate with my bank to make sure my down payment went through smoothly. This entire team went above and beyond, and I never once felt confused, pressured, or overlooked. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about your experience and not just the sale, I highly recommend Safford Brown Kia — and especially Khalid, Alfonso, and Khaled. I’m extremely happy with my car and grateful for how seamless they made the entire process.

Khalid was Amazon to work with!

Khalid was Amazon to work with! He’s very knowledgable, he’s super funny and, most of all, he was very patient which was extremely important for us in our advancing age. The finance experience was also very easy. Everyone made us feel like they were taking care of us! Very good experience!

Came in for an oil change and have the filters checked

Came in for an oil change and have the filters checked tire pressure they took care of me were extremely busy, but I understood completely as I am also traveling for the holidays appreciate their time and work they put in vehicle looked great. Drives great.
