John Beatty at the service center has been fantastic,
John Beatty at the service center has been fantastic, from initial check to the complete resolution of the issues on my EV9. He even followed up after a day or two to check if everything has been good. Would need to come back though as the seat is still having a bit of issue but overall the service has been great. They did the repair promptly and even offered a ride. We opted to wait at the waiting area which is lovely too as it has nice comfy chair, with free hot drinks and some snacks. Thank you John again for a great service.

Was not thrilled to discover upon arrival that the price
Was not thrilled to discover upon arrival that the price of the vehicle we came to purchase was much higher due to a number of unnecessary add ons. They worked with us to get the price down, but felt a little bit like a bait and switch.
