Set an appointment for 10:30 for a recall, was told an hour to an hour and a half wait, I didn't leave Kia until almost 2:30. Not the first time I've wasted hours at a time in this particular dealership.

I went to Safford Kia for a kia carnival hybrid sx from

I went to Safford Kia for a kia carnival hybrid sx from New Jersey last week and it was really a breeze on the whole process. I was greeted by Khalid who showed me the car, did the test drive and he was pretty knowledgeable about the car itself, which is fantastic. The purchase process is pretty transparent and straightforward, there are add ons they are advertising but no pressure on anything and they educate you on those add-ons. Then I was transferred to their Finance Manager Ayhed who are extremely helpful as well. Both of them speak highly of their dealerships as well, which is showing the business reputation and standards. Overall it was really great, appreciate them and Definitely will do business with them again if I need another kia car one day

My K900 had an intermittent problem where all the dash

My K900 had an intermittent problem where all the dash lights would suddenly come on. Sometimes other symptoms would appear. It was quite odd. It took a couple weeks to find the problem but they actually did honest troubleshooting to find the problem as opposed to just replacing a whole bunch of stuff and charging me thousands of dollars.
