Bait and switch

I think Stafford Brown takes down all the bad reviews . Their salesman and sales manager sent me an invoice for an auto- I went through financing with their credit folks (my credit is over 800k) only to be told ‘um our home office said we priced this car too low so we need another 3k. I have all the texts, the bill, and back and forth with financing. The car is still on the site - 2020 Lexus UV 250. Btw ask for the car fax - it’s got a record . This is where the ‘used car dealer’ rep comes from. It’s a shame because their owner started from scratch and was one of the reasons I chose this dealership. Matt G

Purchased a Nissan Armada through Safford Brown Nissan

Purchased a Nissan Armada through Safford Brown Nissan Sterling. I found the exact model in the color and options that I wanted at a reasonable price. From the test drive, through trade in negotiations on my Nissan Titan, to the finance process, everything went smooth and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. After the purchase the staff always made themselves available to assist me as needed. I would definitely do business with this dealership in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Because I don't trust the dealers, I generally do the

Because I don't trust the dealers, I generally do the work myself. My daughter's vehicle, the dreaded 2013 Altima had to go to this dealer for a CVT transmissions replacement. Of course they charged me $5500 for the job, I was getting ripped but the car was needed, upon delivery I noted after a few weeks that they used a broken dip stick locking mechanism for the transmission. There was a recall for the headlights also, received call that they were ready to do the work. Got the work done, I asked the service manager if the work has been inspected, he assured me it was. I did not check. Two days later I was checking the air on the front tire and noted they assembled the front components incorrectly. These two incidents proved My hunch that this dealer caànnot be trusted. They lie and cheat. Please stay away from this dealer.

Superb buying experience.

I found the sales experience to be excellent. Both my sales person and sales manager were engaging, helpful and honest in their approach. The sales process itself was very quick and with the professionalism of the business manager, both painless and enjoyable. I was very happy with the entire process!

Amazing Service

We are returning customers with my husbands for 7 years! It's absolute pleasure and so easy and quick to buy a car! The sales rep, Faris went above and beyond to please our wishes. He found the SUV we wanted, he has all the knowledge to explain what and hiw it is working, took all his time to answer all our questions! Absolutely perfect experience! Great new car

Our sales rep, Mazen, was wonderful to work with. He found us the perfect car and we love it. Our new 2022 Nissan Rogue is beautiful and we love it. Mazen and the team at Brown’s Nissan were great to work with.
