I went for warranty work, came out needing a new battery

I went for warranty work, came out needing a new battery I placed last year? New transmission, new VSA module, my head was spinning. I was looking at another car buying expense. I took it to my regular mechanic Independent Auto Center On Ritchie hwy Pasadena Md . There were no codes to indicate any trouble!!!! It was performing fine!!! $13,000 I would have spent if I listened to SAFFORD Brown -Mosses. I would give them no stars! Never had my warranty part till I called Honda motors Corporation. They assisted SAFFORD in getting my parts so I could use my seat, and the auto idle stop I’ve been complaining about leaving my stuck at red lights! They told them to give me a new starter and relay switch. My screen keeps jumping since they did warranty work, and won’t take accountability for it. Told me that’s another $1700 or Waite to see if hods will replace that too. DONT GO!!!

Collision Center - Service was fantastic from start to

Collision Center - Service was fantastic from start to finish. We purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Si at Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie. We're so happy with how the purchase went that when we were rear-ended, we went straight there to get it fixed. We were not disappointed. The Collision Center did a great job fixing our vehicle and handling the insurance. Shelby explained the process and kept us informed. Catherine, Service Advisor, was always prompt and available. Highly recommend.

Service center cannot be trusted.

Service center cannot be trusted. One visit they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee because they didn’t do anything and that’s not covered under the new car warranty. Next trip I got a code for a bad fuel pump from a reputable mechanic and was told he couldn’t do the work because there was a recall. Gave Safford Brown the codes which mystically weren’t there. Was told they tightened wires and everything was fine. UNBELIEVABLE. Again, wanted to charge diagnostic fee for total of $200.00.

Review of Safford Brown Honda of Glen Burnie –

Review of Safford Brown Honda of Glen Burnie – Unacceptable, Discriminatory Behavior by Finance Manager Ferdi Bozyigit I recently visited Safford Brown Honda of Glen Burnie with my father to purchase a vehicle and feel compelled to share a deeply troubling and offensive experience with their finance manager, Mr. Ferdi Bozyigit. After agreeing on a price with the sales team and completing a credit check—which reflected my excellent credit, homeownership, and strong financial background—Mr. Bozyigit made several discriminatory and inappropriate remarks about my immigration status. As a legal, law-abiding non-resident on a valid work visa, I was shocked when he claimed, “Honda stopped giving loans to people like you since Trump started deporting you guys.” This comment was not only false and offensive, but a clear display of prejudice. He also disrespected my father during a casual conversation about interest rates. When my father noted that the rates seemed high, Mr. Bozyigit cut in and sarcastically said, “If it’s too high, why don’t you pay in cash and just take the vehicle?” His tone was dismissive and rude. The breaking point came when he said, “Honda stopped giving loans to you folks since you’re being deported and defaulting on loans.” At that moment, we immediately walked away and canceled the transaction. I have every intention of investigating this further. I would be extremely surprised if Honda Financial Services truly has such a discriminatory policy in place. In fact, I have seen similar complaints in other public reviews—suggesting that even U.S. citizens have experienced unacceptable treatment from this same finance manager. It seems his attitude and behavior are part of a recurring issue. To make matters worse, as we were already stepping out after canceling the deal, Mr. Bozyigit once again inserted himself into a conversation I was having with the sales associate, Mike. He smugly remarked, “You can’t get the car if you don’t get the loan approved or pay full cash.” I responded that I understood that basic fact—I’m an educated person with a master’s degree in engineering, not someone attempting to steal a car. His comment was degrading and unnecessary. In summary, Mr. Bozyigit’s conduct was unprofessional, rude, and, in my view, racially biased. I’ve never felt more disrespected during a business transaction. No customer should have to tolerate this type of behavior, regardless of background or immigration status. I strongly urge dealership management and Honda corporate to look into this matter seriously and ensure that no other customer has to endure this kind of mistreatment.

AVOID JAY AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID JAY AT ALL COSTS!!! this guy introduces himself as a "sales professional" he doesn't care that you are buying a car, you just need to show up at the dealership so he can hard sell you he's made his intentions very clear since his first message, "when can you come in?" i don't know why he needs 2 different phones to communicate, BUT he gets to decide which to text you from so he has total control. TEXTBOOK SALES TACTIC, 10/10 12:41pm asks me; "when can you stop by?" and i told him i have no intentions of stopping by, then he texts back at 12:50 saying the cars been sold and after i ask him to explain why he's trying to get me to come in if the cars already been sold? He goes awol, the end. I even had to follow up with him 3 hours later to see if he made it back from lunch. REAL SALES PROFESSIONAL😒

Salesperson Chris Killduf showed severe lack of professionalism and was pushing cars onto me without answering any of my questions in a desperate attempt to make a sale. I have purchased from Safford Brown in the past and have been very satisfied with my RAV4. This is unacceptable to see such a lack of customer service in an industry that revolves around it.

Overall, this location has been pretty good.

Overall, this location has been pretty good. I enjoy the service I've received majority of the time. I will say I'm disappointed that I don't receive coupons in the mail like I did when it was "Browns". Ever since it switched to Safford, I stopped getting them in the mail. Jennifer and Keyshawn were great advisors. I'm not a fan of Michael G. He's confused a lot and Jennifer had to clarify for me multiple times on his behalf.
