Have been customer since we drove our Elantra on our move

Have been customer since we drove our Elantra on our move from Alabama to Manassas 17 years ago. It is close and convenient, and the service team is helpful and courteous. It seems like Ken Orr is always there. He knows us and our vehicles and always explains any service performed and any that is recommended. He is friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He always asks if we will stay in the lobby or will be across the way at the iHop while our cars are serviced. He is the best!

Nobody cares that we have serious issue We have serious

Nobody cares that we have serious issue We have serious issue brake. It did not work properly couple of time. But they are telling that we are not able to duplicate your issue. So it means your car does not have an issue. But i showed them a video as a proof but they dont care

Everything was good.

Everything was good. However, I noticed that the complimentary car washes have been very few and far in between. This was greatly appreciated when I'd bring my car in for service. Would love to see this again.
