Hyundai has been very good to my cars since 2012 when I bought my first car. I so impressed with Hyundai I bought a second one and to date I have both cars. I would like a third once the interest rate writes it self to normal cost.

Took care of everything my car needed at a good price.

Took care of everything my car needed at a good price. They let me know what my car needed because I wasn't sure. Done within good time. The receptionist was very friendly and nice to talk to. Will go back whenever I need to again. Thank you everyone at the dealership who also detailed my car as a nice surprise

The service department has been wonderful.

The service department has been wonderful. Very bad experience with the sales desk yesterday. Definitely will not be buying my next car here again.

wasn’t really kept updated with my car I had to keep

wasn’t really kept updated with my car I had to keep calling, tape residue was left on my car rather than being cleaned off. A bit of trash was left in my passenger seat, and someone also left their pocket knife in my car or some type of tool that had multiple things like knives and stuff. I also was told it would take awhile to get a window for my cat and they couldn’t give me an exact date and I ended up extending a car rental for two weeks just for me to call the place week later(they never called me, I always called) and they told me my car was ready.

I didn’t interact with Angel Escobar.

I didn’t interact with Angel Escobar. Billy Puzon was my sales agent and Kerry Estrada did my financing. Both were outstanding!! From first interaction to delivery of my new vehicle, Billy didn’t pressure me and was always seeking to be sure I had what I need. He took the time to explain every point on the vehicle upon delivery. Kerry was very helpful in the financing stage and also made sure that I was clear on every detail. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
