Very easy to work with and did not pressure my son into

Very easy to work with and did not pressure my son into something he didn't want. He was buying his first car and Chris Kenney took his time explaining everything and made my son very comfortable with the whole buying process! Chris is an excellent salesman! So much so that my husband went to see him 2 days after my son and also bought a Kia! We will definitely be back to see Chris in the future!

Bill and Derick are great people, fast and smooth process. Great selection of new and used vehicles. The offfice space kind of cramped until new facilities are finished. Would highly recommend.

This was my 1st visit to ken ganley Kia dealership.

This was my 1st visit to ken ganley Kia dealership...we walked the lot before I met with my rep his name was Tommy F.. he was very good..I love the way he greeted me at the door and then he greeted my husband shook his hand and then shook mine too Which was very nice I felt like family to them when we got there..It was a good day at the dealership we were relaxed we weren't pressured to do anything we talked about the vehicle that I wanted That I looked at the 1 my husband looked at online and it was great most dealerships pressure you and don't take your thoughts or your feelings in consideration Tommy did And we both appreciate that he didn't try to talk us out of it to get a more expensive car He just understood us and he did what we wanted he was We couldn't have asked for a nicer Representative for Kia to help us Everything was great he explained to me a little bit about the car when we took the drive we talked It was nice it rode well I'm pleased I'm very very pleased the other thing was he went through everything on the —Even on the console everything Ask me if I had any questions I said no and then I said yes I do I told him what I felt I told him I was nervous cause I never driven a car like this before and he explained how to do the side mirrors he explained about the little Cars that's on the mirror to let me know that there was somebody coming up beside me And on the other 1 too and about the lane change and he just everything Most dealerships representatives don't do that and I've had contact with quite a few over the years but Tommy did a wonderful job and He was great when I go back in a couple of years I will ask for Tommy if he is still there and I will recommend him to friends and family members And I'll tell them to ask for Tommy F. This personally goes out to Tommy Thank you Tommy for a wonderful experience at your dealership
