I was serviced at stafford brown Chantilly and was cheated out of 3month 3,000 warranty. I am not happy and was told it’s my fault for not purchasing the 1,000 plus extended warranty. I’m still within my 3,000 miles (today)

Kwan was an excellent salesman!
Kwan was an excellent salesman! Very informative and very professional. The trade in value was fair. Did not like at all that we purchased the car on a Saturday and couldn’t take it home until Monday because the dealership had not completed the required safety inspection. They also didn’t tell us this until we had already agreed to purchase the car and had already signed over the title of our trade. This should have been communicated up front, as it was a long drive to dealership. In the future, hopefully they inform customers of such items so that trips aren’t made unnecessarily. However, the car is excellent and the price was decent. My wife is happy, so I am happy 😃.

This was a good car buying experience from start to finish. I found the car online from PA, contacted the dealership by phone, and completed the sale in person. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. My salesman, Daniel Snider, was great - helpful, attentive, answered all of my questions, had the car detailed and ready to test drive when we pulled in the parking lot, fun to chat with through the process, etc. Golboo helped in the finance office and was a pleasure, including after the sale when some additional questions came up.
