I brought my car in for regular service as well as a problem I was having. They did a good job fixing it, but it had to stay at the dealer for 2 days because they did not pay attention to my first complaint and had to reevaluate the second day.

Brought car in for a recall and oil change. Was in and out in two hours total. Worked in a quiet spot on my laptop while waiting comfortably

If you want a Mazda, look no further than Safford Brown Mazda Chantilly! Calvin Strahin welcomed me and my wife and set the best possible tone. He opened and closed our purchase experience like a true champ. Carlos Bonds was (and is) a Rock Star, and hit the ground running, bestowing upon us his deep knowledge of the car, sharing intricate and general info on all the car’s features and capabilities. Carlos was a complete joy to engage with throughout the whole process. He let us know we could contact him anytime and encouraged us to reconnect to cover more details on the car intricacies. Likewise, Golboo Javid was fantastic to coordinate with on the purchase; she made all the options and financials crystal clear. She demonstrated maximum patience as I struggled a bit in providing some required info due to extreme travel exhaustion as I just flew in from Japan. General Sales Manager John Gutierrez followed-up with me via e-mail and phone to ensure I was satisfied with the car and the overall purchase process. He encouraged me to reach out or visit the dealership anytime if I had a any questions or concerns with my Mazda3. A really great team at Safford Brown Mazda Chantilly, down to earth folks who seem like they love what they are doing. I picked the right dealership.

Carlos was awesome.

Carlos was awesome. Highly recommend him. Disappointing there was only one “business manager” on a Friday towards the end of the month. Not sure how much of that activity could have been done by Carlos before that but something to consider. He was very patient from the moment I submitted my true car request and didn’t seem pushy or overbearing. I would come to him again in the future.
