I want to preface this by saying I did not end up

I want to preface this by saying I did not end up actually purchasing a car just yet but did want to come on here and say the sales staff I worked with (Daniel the Salesman and John the Sales Manager) were incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told them at the beginning I wasnt looking to buy that day and never once did I feel pressured. Got all the information I asked for in a timely manner, was able to answer every question I had immediately. If I do end up going with a Mazda they have definitely earned my business.

Thanks to the parts department for always having

Thanks to the parts department for always having available oil filters for my NA Miata. I come in every 3,000 to grab some oil and filters for my Miata and parts is always stocked up. Appreciate these folks I would recommend them to anyone for parts needs.

I had Ian as a salesman and Golboo as a Finance manager

I had Ian as a salesman and Golboo as a Finance manager and they were so helpful. Ian drove all the way to Alexandria just to get my car and nobody was too pushy or sleezy. They were very upfront about everything and I wouldn't have it any other way. Definitely will be back for my next car!

Great people and customer service is awesome!

Great people and customer service is awesome! Went to look at some vehicles with the help of Kevin. He was very informative and helpful thought out the process. Definitely will be back to get a new car soon!

I recently had my vehicle serviced, and Victoria was quick to greet me when I walked in. Service was quick and seamless, and they even offered to wash and vacuum during my service visit. Very please with my entire experience, and I will be returning for future services.

Michael was our sales consultant and he made the process seamless. The whole dealership was quick and efficient. My experience working with Massoud Ranjber at Mazda was

My experience working with Massoud Ranjber at Mazda was an absolute nightmare. He fed me incorrect information to manipulate me into buying a car and wasted my time. Initially, he suggested I come in on a Monday for a test drive. When I was about to reach on Monday he sent me an email insisting I come on Wednesday after 6 PM. When I asked if I could still come in since I had started driving, he ignored my email and never responded. When I finally arrived with my family, Massoud Ranjber was nowhere to be found. I had to connect with Peter, who thankfully was more helpful. Massoud eventually showed up, only to abandon us mid-conversation to attend to another client, leaving us waiting for 25 minutes with no explanation or apology. Frustrated and with no assistance, we eventually left. After this appalling treatment, Massoud has the no self respect and had the audacity to lecture me via email about communication skills. No one should be subjected to such disrespect when considering a significant purchase like a car. I am eager to speak with Mazda's managers or anyone else who can address this unacceptable behavior. Happy to provide all the email conversations and speak about this.
