Your service at your Quicklane facility has always

Your service at your Quicklane facility has always historically been good Service facility. The staff there is very cordial and knowledgeable. However, it is unfortunate $80 for an oil change seems a tad bit high. this may lead me to check other facilities because of price. And that’s unfortunate because for nearly 2 decades, we have used the facility and always been Extremely satisfied. I understand material cost increase. However, the cost of an oil change has significantly increased above the cost of crude in the past and present.

Have dealt with this dealership under the prior owners

Have dealt with this dealership under the prior owners for 9 purchases and leases over the years. This was our first purchase with the new dealer (Diehl). The sales person was great as always, the pricing was fair on this used vehicle, all efforts have been made to correct some minor issues that were in question. Our only complaint was with a "sub-contractor" who was promised to provide a service, but didn't show for several days, with no explanation as to why late. All in house personnel worked hard to remedy this, and it has now been completed. One more small issue, and that has been scheduled for repair with the service department.
