I worked with Nuvia and still in contact with Ulises, for starters; Nuvia was AMAZING to myself and husband, very transparent on the vehicle and gave me all of the knowledge I needed on the vehicle I purchased. There was a slight hiccup about the car key remote not working (the previous owner of the vehicle neglected) and she and her boss are helping with reimbursement! She’s super friendly along with her other colleagues and she works very well especially when you ask her a million questions like I did! She’s very communicative and will answer all questions efficiently, if she doesn’t have the answers right then and there you can trust that you will have answers asap! If I purchase another vehicle down the line it will most definitely be from here, thanks again for everything Nuvia!

I seen a car that I Liked and wanted and Nuvia helped me. She was welcoming and friendly. I prayed and was determined to purchase this car. Aside from the fact they had the car of my dreams- this was such a great experience working with the Euro Auto sales team and management. This was my first time buying a car and I had tons of questions and concerns and they were so unbelievably patient and explained( and re-explained) everything so well. Nuvia and Ulysses were fantastic and gave us plenty of time to decide on purchasing a vehicle without any pressure you typically experience from big box dealerships. On March 19, 2024, I bought a 2018 Chevy Camaro 2SS 1LE from Euro Auto Sales. The car was in amazing condition. I live 500 miles away in Las Vegas so I couldn't go see the car. After I contacted them, I asked for more pictures. The sales rep Nuvia took a few videos of the car with the engine running, answered all my questions about the car, and she also sent me the Carfax. The communication was great using phone conversations and mostly text messages. I told her about my trade in and gave her the Vin number. They offered me top dollar for my trade in and the value was much more than I thought it was going to be. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and they had me send them all the documents they needed to get the paperwork ready. I drove my trade in from Las Vegas to the dealership in Santa Clara. Once I arrived at the dealership, they handed me the keys to the car, and I gave it a good inspection for about 30 minutes. They let me take it for a test drive alone and the car performed great, so I decided to buy it. I did have my own financing from my bank, and they worked well with that. From the moment I said I wanted to buy the car, it only took about 45 minutes for them to get the paperwork ready and signed. The entire process what great and all the staff were very friendly. I stayed the night in the area and the next day I enjoyed an amazing road trip back to Las Vegas in my beautiful new car. The car performed great, and I had no problems with it.
