Excellent service and on time.

Excellent service and on time. Rear axle seals and brakes had to be replaced on very short notice. Rich scheduled everything to be done in one morning while I waited.

I made an appointment for a Tuesday and I dropped my

I made an appointment for a Tuesday and I dropped my vehicle off the day before. They called me later the same day and said it was diagnosed, and it could be done the same day! Wow!

I was in a bind as I had no clue why my ac fan kept

I was in a bind as I had no clue why my ac fan kept running after I shut off the engine. I called the dealership. I spoke with Rob. Very helpful! I brought my car in and very happy with the service I received. I will be using your company from now on!!

Tech staff were polite and professional.

Tech staff were polite and professional. My issue lies with the engineering of my truck.there is a serious problem that cannot be diagnosed. What is the point of all of this software if we can't figure out what is wrong with my truck.?

Made appointment online for oil change (first time at

Made appointment online for oil change (first time at this dealership). We arrived at our appointment and was advised “you cannot make appointment online for oil changes, it’s first come, first serve”. Luckily, they were able to get us in fairly quickly which I was grateful for. Went to pick up car when it was done. The service sheet had minimal information on it, such as the condition of brakes, tires, fluids, etc. It only listed one filter was “dirty” and never was this discussed with me when they called to tell me the vehicle was ready. Much different experience than our previous dealership and I will not likely return. Vehicles are expensive as is maintenance and this dealership does not seem to care.
